Potato patties with ham and cheese


Ingredients for the preparation of potato patties with ham and cheese

  2. Water 15 milliliters
  3. Green onion 1 bunch
  4. Ham 4 slices
  5. Grated cheese 50 grams
  6. Eggs 2 pieces
  7. Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
  8. Breadcrumbs 50 grams

Cooking potato patties with ham and cheese:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


The potatoes need to be cleaned and washed, the cheese grated, and the rest is just to be prepared so that it lies at hand, since we will cook everything quickly.

Step 2: boil the potatoes.


Potatoes need to be chopped with a fork on all sides.

Put the potatoes in a plate and pour it 15 milliliters water.

Cover the vegetables and microwave them on 5 minutesso that they become softer.

Step 3: chop the green onions.


While cooking potatoes, rinse and chop green onions into small rings.

Step 4: chop the ham.


First cut the ham into thin slices and then into small cubes.

Meanwhile, the potatoes were cooked, now it remains only to crush it with a fork to get something similar to mashed potatoes.

Grate cheese on a medium or fine grater.

Make ball-shaped meatballs from the resulting mass by rolling them between your palms.

Dip the ham and cheese potato patties into the egg mixture first, holding them with forks.

Then dip the cutlets in breadcrumbs so that they completely cling to the blanks around the entire perimeter.

And dip the ham and cheese patties in a skillet with butter. Toast for 3-5 minutesturning over once from one side to another so that the products are covered with a crust on both sides.
Remove the cutlets on a paper towel to remove excess fat and serve the finished dish to the table.
