Ingredients for making baguette snacks

  1. French baguettes (small or hot dog rolls) 4 pieces
  2. Curd cheese 200 grams
  3. Sweet red pepper 1 piece
  4. Black olives 100 grams
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Ground pepper to taste

Making baguette snacks:

Step 1: prepare the filling.

Rinse the pepper, cleanse the seeds, remove the tail, and cut it into small cubes.
Crush olives very finely, in half rings, for example.
Then add chopped peppers and olives to the curd cheese, salt to taste, add pepper and mix very well to make a delicious pasta.
Send the resulting mass into the refrigerator.

Step 2: prepare the baguettes.

Cut the ends of the French baguettes on both sides, and then remove the bread crumb from the inside so that there is as much room for filling.
Bake hollow buns in the oven. Send them there literally on 5 minutes, just so that they are slightly dried, but do not overdo it.

Step 3: start the baguettes.

Fold the cooled cheese mass with a spoon tightly inside the dried and cooled baguettes.
Now you can wrap the snack in film and put it in the refrigerator for a while so that they wait their time, or immediately start serving.
