Puff Chicken Pineapple Salad

Ingredients for making puff salad with chicken and pineapple

  1. Pickled cucumbers 400 grams
  2. 4 eggs
  3. Canned corn 1 can
  4. Chicken fillet 400 grams
  5. Sunflower oil 2 tablespoons
  6. Pineapple in syrup 1 can
  7. Mayonnaise 6 tablespoons
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste
  10. Vegeta to taste

Frying pan, kitchen knife, cutting board, grater, tablespoon, salad bowl, spatula.

Cooking puff salad with chicken and pineapple:

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Fillet.

Rinse, dry and chop medium-sized cubes.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and toss slices of chicken into it.

Add salt, pepper and Vegeta for taste and fry, stirring, until golden brown on all sides.

When the chicken is ready, drain the butter from it, transfer the meat to a plate and let it cool at room temperature.

Step 2: layer of cucumbers.

Cut the cucumbers into small cubes and drain the liquid from them. Divide the entire number of cucumbers into two and put half on the bottom of the salad bowl.

Lubricate with three tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Step 3: a layer of egg whites.

Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and separate the whites from the yolks.
Cut the proteins into small cubes and lay on the cucumbers with the next layer.

Step 4: a layer of corn.

Drain the liquid from the corn and put it in the salad all at once with one layer.

Step 5: layer the chicken.

Now comes the chicken, which just had to cool already.

Step 6: second layer of cucumbers.

Place the remaining pickled cucumbers on top of the chicken.

Lubricate with three tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Step 7: Pineapple Layer

Drain the syrup from the pineapple, dry the slices and cut them into small cubes. Lay pineapple on top of cucumbers with mayonnaise.

Step 8: a layer of egg yolks.

And now it remains only to decorate the salad with grated yolks on top.
Now cover the salad bowl with foil and put everything in the refrigerator for a while, so that the layers “get married” among themselves.

Step 9: serve the puff salad with chicken and pineapple.
