Ingredients for Cooking Baked Onions Stuffed with Mushrooms

Cooking baked onions stuffed with mushrooms:

Step 1: peel the onion.

Peel the onion, leaving a mustache. Rinse vegetables with cold water.

Step 2: stew the onion.

Cool the onion, and then cut off the “caps” on top and take out the core, leaving at least two layers for the strength of the walls.

Add the grated cheese to the cooled filling and mix.

Step 4: stuff the onions.

Fill the onions with the cooled mushroom filling with cheese and put the vegetables in a form next to each other so that the onions do not fall. Cover them with the previously cut off “hats”. You can also lay next a few whole mushrooms.

Step 5: bake onions stuffed with mushrooms.

Pour onion tomato paste diluted with a little water.

Send the stuffed onions into the hot (180 degrees) oven and bake until golden brown and until the cheese melts.

Step 6: serve the baked onion stuffed with mushrooms.
