Beetroot Salad Ingredients
- Beef (pulp) 600 grams
- Beets 1 piece (large)
- Potato 500 grams
- Carrot 350 grams
- Frozen peas 200 grams
- Red onion 1 piece (medium size or 1/2 large)
- Yolks 2 pieces
- Mustard cereal 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice with half a lemon
- Anchovies (finely chopped) to taste (optional)
- Olive oil 200 milliliters
- Sour cream 2 tablespoons
- Butter 50 grams
- Vegetable oil optional
- Water 50 milliliters
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Cooking beetroot meat salad:
Step 1: prepare the meat.
Fry the meat until golden brown in oil. Fry in the same way as a steak, almost frying in the middle, but without blood.
After the beef is ready, remove it from the pan, cool and cut into small cubes (1 centimeter, approximately).
Step 2: cook the beets and potatoes.
Rinse the beets and send them to bake in the oven on 1,5 hour at a temperature 160 degrees. In the end, it should be easily pierced with a fork.
Peel the potatoes, cut into circles on 1 centimeter thick, pour them on top with vegetable oil, pepper, salt and send in the oven to beets, about 40 minutes.
After cooking, beets and potatoes need to cool. Potato slices simply cut into cubes, and peel the beets first, and then chop the same way.
Step 3: cook the carrots.
Peel the carrots, cut into cubes 1 centimeter and fry in butter. Toast for 2 minutesthen add 50 milliliters water and simmer for about 10 minutes. After remove the carrots from the heat, season with salt and pepper. Cool.
Step 4: Cook the peas and onions.
Frozen peas must be boiled for 5 minutes, then recline in a colander and cool.
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
Step 5: preparing a gas station.
For dressing, first mix the yolks with mustard and anchovies. Then add lemon juice and continue to mix. Beat everything with a mixer at low speed. And when the mixture becomes homogeneous, gradually pour in the oil, without stopping interfering, to achieve the desired consistency.
When the sauce is ready, add sour cream to it and mix with a spoon.
Step 6: mix the meat salad with beets.
Now you just have to mix all the prepared ingredients with dressing. If necessary, add salt and pepper. That's all ready, you can serve it to the table!
