  2. Canned pork ham 400 grams
  3. Brussels sprouts 400 grams
  4. Grated cheese 200 grams
  5. 4 eggs
  6. Milk 3 tablespoons

Step 1: prepare the potatoes.


First of all, you need to boil the potatoes to softness or take the finished one. Peel and cut into circles of medium thickness.
Lubricate the baking dish with margarine and put half of the prepared potatoes in it.

Dip Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water and cook for 7-10 minutes. Then flip it over in a colander to drain excess liquid and spread the boiled cabbage.
Beat eggs with milk by adding a little salt and pepper to taste, and then pour this mixture into your casserole.
Sprinkle all over with a thick layer of grated hard cheese.

Step 4: prepare the casserole of potatoes and Brussels sprouts.


Bake everything you need in preheated 180 degrees oven for about 25 minutes.
And after the casserole of potatoes and Brussels sprouts is ready, do not rush to serve it to the table. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. After that, you just have to cut the casserole into portions and arrange on plates.
