Turkey soup


Ingredients for Making Turkey Soup

  1. Assorted vegetables (peas, carrots, green beans) 400 grams (can be frozen)
  2. Turkey wings 2 pieces
  3. Rice 60 grams
  4. Sour cream 100 milliliters
  5. Wheat flour 1 teaspoon
  6. Chicken yolks 2 pieces
  7. Bay leaf 2-3 pieces
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Ground pepper to taste
  10. Dried tarragon 1 teaspoon
  11. Water 3 liters
  • Main ingredients: Beans, Peas, Carrots, Turkey, Eggs, Sour Cream, Rice
  • Serving 6 servings

Inventory:

Kitchen knife, cutting board, saucepan, soup ladle, plate, whisk, tablespoon.

Cooking turkey soup:

Step 1: Cook the turkey wings.


Cut the wings of the turkey over the joints, rinse and fold in a saucepan. Fill in 3 liters of wateradd a tablespoon salt and put on fire.

Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes or until the meat is soft and easy to fall off the bones.
Collect foam from the surface of the soup from time to time until it stops forming.

Step 2: add vegetables and rice.


When the wings are ready, remove the turkey from the pan and set aside for a while. Instead, put the vegetables, chopped into small cubes and washed rice, into the soup. Add bay leaf and cook everything together for 20 minutes.

Step 3: chop the meat.


At the same time, clean meat from bones and skin (skin can be left if desired). Cut the meat into small pieces.

Put the meat back in the soup when the vegetables and rice are ready.

Step 4: bring the turkey soup to readiness.


Mix in a bowl the yolks, sour cream, flour and soup ladle scooped from the soup. Mix everything until the consistency is smooth.

Add tarragon, pepper and a little salt to taste in the almost prepared turkey soup. Then pour the mixture of sour cream, flour and yolks, stir while heating, but do not let it boil.
Remove the soup from the heat and serve.
Important: add some hot water to the soup if you suddenly evaporate a lot of broth.

Step 5: serve turkey soup.


Serve hot turkey soup with bread and pickled chili. The dish is incredibly tasty and satisfying! Suitable for the whole family.
