Cooking chicken hearts in sour cream sauce:

Important: prolonging the time of cooking is not worth it, as sour cream can curl up and go lumpy. Turn off the hob and let the chicken hearts in the sour cream sauce infuse for a few more minutes.
Step 4: Serve the chicken hearts in a sour cream sauce.
When the chicken hearts are infused, pour them into a special plate and serve to the dining table. The dish is very tender, juicy and fragrant. You can enjoy it with mashed potatoes, boiled rice and other types of cereals.
