Cooking Beetroot Pie:
Step 1: prepare the walnuts.

Step 6: prepare the egg whites.
Pour a pinch of salt into a bowl with egg whites and whisk everything with a mixer at medium speed until soft peaks form.
Step 7: prepare the beetroot pie - the first stage.
In a medium bowl, in turn, lay out such ingredients as chopped beets, ground nuts and flour mixture. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until smooth. In the end, in small portions add whipped squirrels and gently combine everything with the help of improvised inventory. Everything, the dough is ready!
Lubricate the bottom and walls of the baking dish with a small piece of butter and sprinkle with flour. Using the same tablespoon, put the dough in a bowl. Turn on the oven immediately and heat it to a temperature 180 ° C. Then put on a medium level the shape with the future pie and bake for 1 hour. Pour the icing sugar into the bowl of the mixer and pour the lemon juice. Beat components in turbo mode until a thick mass is formed. Attention: this action needs to be done in 5-7 minutes before we get the cake out of the fridge and serve it to the dessert table.
Step 9: prepare beetroot pie - the second stage.
We take the cake out of the refrigerator and pour the icing. Attention: if desired, the pastries can be decorated with walnuts. Using a knife, we cut the dish into portioned pieces and serve with tea or coffee to the dessert table.
