Zucchini pancakes

Ingredients for making zucchini pancakes

  1. 450 zucchini to taste
  2. Kefir 300 ml. taste
  3. 4 eggs taste
  4. Flour 350g to taste
  5. Sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l taste
  6. Parsley 2 tbsp. l taste
  7. Salt 1 tsp. taste
  8. Soda 0.5 tsp taste
  9. Butter for greasing pancakes. taste

Cooking zucchini pancakes:

Zucchini grate on a fine grater in a sieve, squeeze the juice thoroughly. Add eggs, salt, kefir to the zucchini, mix. Add chopped parsley, mix. Gradually adding flour, knead not a thick dough. Add 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil, soda, mix. Allow to stand the test for 20 minutes. Grease a hot pan with vegetable oil, form a pancake and fry on both sides until golden brown. Grease the finished pancake with butter. Enjoy your meal!
