Shrimp Summer Salad Ingredients

Cooking shrimp summer salad:
Step 1: prepare the eggs.
To prepare the salad, we need to boil the eggs. To do this, put them in a small pan and fill with ordinary cold water so that it completely covers the component. We put the container on medium heat and wait for the liquid to boil. Immediately after that we detect 7-10 minutes and cook hard-boiled eggs.
After the allotted time, turn off the burner, and put the pan, holding the kitchen tacks, put it in the sink under a stream of cold water. As soon as the eggs are at room temperature, peel them and lay them on a cutting board.
Using a knife, grind the component into cubes and pour into a clean plate.
Step 2: prepare the shrimp.
We spread the frozen shrimp on a clean plate and leave it aside for a while. Attention: seafood should go to room temperature on its own. In no case do not put them in a microwave oven or under a stream of hot water.
Immediately after this, we begin the process of preparing the component. Pour ordinary cold water in the middle pan in advance and put on a large fire. To make the liquid boil faster, cover the container with a lid. Then we fasten the burner, and pour salt into boiling water and mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon. Now gently spread the shrimp here. After boiling water again, we cook the component for 3-5 minutes maximum (due to the fact that peeled seafood usually comes ready-made and you only need to boil it slightly).
After the allotted time, turn off the burner, and pour the pot with the contents using kitchen tacks into the sink through a colander. We leave the shrimp aside so that they have excess liquid from the glass and they become room temperature.
Step 3: prepare the celery stalks.
We wash the celery leaves under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the greens and pour into a free plate.
Step 4: prepare the carrots.
Using a knife, peel the carrots and rinse thoroughly under running water. Grind the vegetable on a medium grater. To make it more convenient, it is best to do this on a cutting board. Then pour the chips into a clean plate and leave them aside for a while.
Step 5: prepare the white onion.
We peel a piece of onion from the husk and rinse slightly under running water. Then put the component on a cutting board and grind it with squares. Pour finely chopped onion into a free plate.
Step 6: prepare a summer shrimp salad.
In a medium bowl, lay out ingredients such as boiled shrimp, chopped carrots, celery, onion, eggs, and also add mayonnaise and taste salt and black pepper. Using a tablespoon, mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is formed. Salad ready!
Step 7: serve a summer shrimp salad.
We shift the shrimp salad into the salad bowl or on a special plate and serve it with the sliced bread to the dinner table.
- for the preparation of salad, you can use Crimean onions. Then the dish will turn out to be sweeter;
- if you take raw shrimp, then cook them for 10 minutes after boiling water. Attention: it’s not worth cooking these seafood longer, as they can turn out like rubber;
- for salad dressing, it is best to use mayonnaise with a fat content of 67%.
